Creating a modern family home in Cobham

Our client was looking to both extend and extensively refurbish their home to create a fresh and contemporary feel to their delightful property.

We added a rear single storey extension, creating space for a fabulous kitchen and modern living area in which they could relax and entertain.

All the bedrooms and bathrooms were remodelled and installed by our team as part of the project together with the creation of an extensive terrace accessed via bi-fold doors.

Substantial double extension in Reigate

The addition of a double rear extension and large outside terrace has transformed our clients home into the perfect modern living space for the family.

We installed the kitchen to the clients detailed specification and included a beautiful skylight above the living area to create a distinct feature and allow day light to flood in.

The terrace is designed to give the impression of the outside flowing seamlessly into the inside once the substantial bi-fold doors are opened.

Loft Conversion Fulham

With living space at a premium in Fulham converting the loft was the ideal solution for our client and created a beautiful new bedroom at the top of the house with great views.

Having installed a panel of velux windows in addition to the front sash windows light streams into the loft where space is maximised having re pitched the roof to enable the construction a full height room.

Extend, convert – the best of both worlds – Reigate

Converting our clients old garage as well as building an extension proved to be a very cost efficient way of gaining a considerable amount extra living space.

The extension provided a large contemporary styled kitchen with dining area whilst the garage conversion added the ideal family room, both of which look out over the new terrace and garden.
